Elegant Christmas Mantel Garlands
Typically I add a few pine and cedar sprays to my mantle, but this year I added 4 garlands!
I love how they drape over the edge of the mantle down along the sides!
I added one frosted cedar garland and one Lunaria garland to each side of the mantle for this effect.
Did you know that Lunaria is also called honesty, money plant and silver dollar plant?!
I love the cedar’s soft green color and pop of white from the Lunaria branches against my gray wall color and white mantle!

Christmas Deer Figures
There’s nothing like a set of Christmas deer figures to add a stunning winter wonderland look to a mantle! They add such gorgeous interest and style!
I placed one on each side of the mirror and tucked the cedar and Lunaria garlands around the legs.
Tabletop Christmas Trees
These miniature Christmas trees are so flexible and I love buying a few new ones every holiday! They can be added to so many places in the home!
Not only do I love adding them to my Christmas mantle but I love adding them to my kitchen countertops and island too!
They are a great way to dress up a TV unit and coffee table as well!
Votive Candle Holders
Adding a few votive candle holders and battery operated flickering flame candles to my mantle gives it such a gorgeous glow!
Hydrangea and Boxwood Centerpiece
I cut a few stems of boxwood from our boxwood shrubs in our yard and tucked them into a faux hydrangea arrangement.
Fresh boxwood dries so beautifully!
Stockings and Stocking Fillers For An Elegant Christmas Mantel Look
A holiday mantle needs Christmas stockings! There are so many gorgeous stockings available! These are on sale and I love the snowflake design!
I love adding holiday stems, sprays and picks to our stockings for an extra touch of glam sparkle and shine!
You could also wrap small boxes with beautiful paper and tuck them into your stockings!
I hang our stockings from these small clear Command hooks under the ledge of the mantle. They are completely invisible!
Design Tip: Add some white tissue paper to your stockings to give them some fullness.
Lanterns For The Hearth
I’m obsessed with lanterns! I have them in our entryway, on our porch too!
I love filling them with battery operated twinkle lights for a beautiful holiday glow!
Hearth Decor
I love decorating the hearth with some boxes wrapped in beautiful holiday wrapping paper and this gorgeous white and gold ginger jar.
Decorating the hearth gives the fireplace that finished, designer look and adds more beautiful texture!
