    The design process includes clients submitting photos of their space, inspirational images, and a completed design questionnaire. From there, we create a cohesive design plan tailored to the client’s style, addressing layout challenges and incorporating a curated color palette that complements the home’s existing finishes and lighting. All design deliverables—such as mood boards, layout plans, optional 3D visuals, shopping links, and color recommendations—are delivered via email, allowing clients to move forward with clarity and confidence!

    We will email you information on the design consult packages and rates. This includes information on everything you’ll receive in the design consult! 

    If you’d like to work together you’ll complete payment for the design consult, then we’ll email you a design questionnaire so we can better understand your likes and dislikes.

    After purchase we’ll email you a design questionnaire to gather information on your space, your style, wants & needs. This includes design and color preferences, photos, inspiration photos and instructions for room measurements. You’ll return the questionnaire answers, room measurements and photos and we’ll start designing!

    We’ll review everything and create a thorough design plan that will solve your design concerns and create spaces you’ll love! We’ll select the best items and color palette for your space as an experienced Designer and True Color Expert® that fits your design preferences, style and the fixed elements in the space. 

    Design revisions and feedback rounds are included in all design consults to ensure you’ll love the design.

    Depending on the design help you’re looking for the design consult may include:

    • a 2D Design Board
    • a 3D Design Board
    • a 2D Furniture Layout Plan

    • What a HUGE relief it was to stumble across Setting For Four online! I was down to the last couple days before the painters were to arrive at my new out of state home. I, living in another state temporarily, had little time in the house and quickly threw up some paint samples I “thought” I might like. Then the panic hit….. Heather was able to look at the photos I had of the rooms and also took the time to look the property up on the real estate sites.
