Hello friends! Yesterday I was lucky enough to be invited to preview the new Candice Olson furniture collection at a local home interiors store, Luxe Interiors.
Candice Olson’s new furniture line is simply stunning!
One of the pieces that really caught my eye is the upholstered tufted ‘Temptress’ headboard.
The Candice Olson bedroom collection inspired me to put together 8 beautiful bedroom ideas to inspire us to create our own bedroom retreats!
Here are 8 traditional, transitional, cottage and beach house bedroom ideas:
Candice Olson Temptress Upholstered Headboard – I love the combination of tufting and wood! Isn’t that wallpaper and chandelier pretty?
The neutral colors and natural elements make this stunning bedroom from Atlanta Homes a restful retreat! I love the settee at the foot of the bed!
Shades of blue are used to create a coastal feel to this gorgeous bedroom! The bamboo blinds and linen pillows create a beachy summer feel!
A cottage bedroom with planked whitewashed walls, linen bedding and industrial lighting. What a pretty view through the garden doors!
I’ve always loved exposed brick walls! The wall’s texture pairs beautifully here with the stained wood and fabric headboard, vintage chandelier and touches of nature themed decor
This capiz chandelier is a gorgeous focal point for this airy blue-grey bedroom! Black accents in the monogram pillow, hotel bedding with a black border, lampshade trim and picture frames add a touch of sophistication.
Yellow paired with grey is such a popular and beautiful color palette. The yellow is repeated three times here (bedding, vases, artwork) to give this stylish bedroom balance. Repeating an accent color three times in a room is a great designer trick you can use in your own home!
The layering of neutrals is one of my favorite ways to decorate a room! The exposed whitewashed beams, tasseled throw, carved mirror and herringbone floor bring a layering of gorgeous textures to this space as well.

Love, love, love Candice’s design style. I used to watch her on HGTV all the time. Miss her shows. Do you know what she is doing now?
She’s been busy designing a furniture line and also designs wallpaper and rugs. I get to watch reruns of her show but hopefully she will start a new one soon!!
