This recipe takes just a few minutes to make. It makes one 16 oz mason jar of homemade vanilla pomegranate coconut sugar scrub!

It’s very easy to multiply too… so you can make up a few jars for yourself and for gifts!

Recipe for Homemade Vanilla, Pomegranate Coconut Sugar Scrub:

A rich, moisturizing homemade sugar scrub filled with the relaxing scents of coconut, fresh pomegranate and vanilla!

Ingredients

1/2 cup solid coconut oil

1 1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 tsp pomegranate fragrance oil

1/4 tsp vanilla essential oil

1/2 tsp of sanding red sugar – optional.

16 oz wide mouth mason jars

Ball Wide-Mouth Plastic Storage Caps – I LOVE these – have you tried them? They are plastic caps and replace the annoying two piece metal lid and ring system!

Large bowl

Hand mixer

Silicone Spatula

Directions

Add coconut oil to a bowl and whip with a hand mixer.

Add remaining ingredients and blend until mixed 1 – 2 minutes.

Scoop into an 8 oz wide mouth mason jar and seal with a Ball Wide-Mouth Plastic Storage Cap .

Add bakers twine, ribbon and a gift tag if desired.
