See the EASIEST DIY HOME DECOR IDEA EVER!! Make these DIY Pottery Barn Knock-Off Page Scrolls – A super easy DIY Decor idea to add PB style to your home. Use them as vase filler, fill glass lamps or bowl filler.

Today I am sharing with you another Pottery Barn inspired DIY:e asy, inexpensive and quick to make.

See the EASIEST DIY HOME DECOR IDEA EVER!! Make these DIY Pottery Barn Knock-Off Page Scrolls - A super easy DIY Decor idea to add PB style to your home. Use them as vase filler or bowl filler.

DIY Pottery Barn Inspired Page Scrolls

You’ve seen them in the PB catalogues sitting in baskets and as table lamp filler for the clear glass lamps that they sell

Pottery Barn glass lamps that you can fill!

DIY Pottery Barn Book Page Scrolls. A beautiful DIY home decor idea.

These  scrolls are not even for sale at PB!!  They use them as styling props for their magazines…. but I will show you how to make them!

Here are my DIY Page Scrolls on a large steel plate with my  DIY Reindeer Moss Spheres

Here they are in an apothecary jar:

Supplies:

Natural Polished Hemp Twine

1 book

DIY Pottery Barn Inspired Page Scrolls from Setting for Four #diy #tutorial #book #page #scroll #vase #potterybarn #knockoff

I used the pages of  ‘Les Miserables’.   Best musical I have ever seen!

Tutorial

Tear out several pages of the book (I apologize to all you book lovers out there cringing right now!).  I found it easier to tear out 3 to 4 pages together rather than one at a time.  Don’t worry if you rip them a bit when you are removing them, because that side is not going to show.

Take a page and starting with the ripped side roll it with your hands into a tube.  The ripped side will be on the inside and won’t show.

Holding it with one hand take the twine and wrap it around the middle of the tube 2 or 3 times, tie in a knot and trim ends with scissors.

That’s it – you’re done!

Great project, Heather! How much does Pottery Barn charge for these? They make your moss spheres look fantastic! I’m picking up some sheet moss today 🙂

Poor Pottery Barn…you did it to them again! I feel the same about books BUT would push back those feelings and make some of those fantastic scrolls. Thanks for sharing!
