Welcome to my first official Christmas home tour of the year!
We have had lots and lots of snow so it’s shaping up to be a white Christmas, which I’m really excited about!
I love white Christmas’s, there is something so magical about being surrounded by the beauty of a winter wonderland on Christmas Day!
I’ve been busy decorating our home with the festive glam touches that I so love, layering lots of metallics, gold, silver and white.
Today I’m sharing my Holiday front porch decor, porch garland, planters and wreath ideas…. I’m also sharing my Christmas living room which I just updated!

My Christmas Porch Decor:
Our porch is one of my favorite spots to decorate! It’s a fabulous spot to sit in the mornings and evenings in the summer and I love to decorate it to welcome guests and family to our home!
The first thing I do for the holidays is hang my oversized Christmas wreath on our front door.

I love the frosty pine touches, the sparkly Christmas balls and the rustic glam look of it!
I bought it at HomeGoods a few years ago and I still love it.
Then I hang my pre-lit pine garland around our doorway and decorate it with these huge pinecones that I collected when we lived in Virginia, flocked pine and white berry picks and pewter and silver Christmas balls.
I have the garland (and all my porch lights on a timer so they automatically come on at dusk – it’s such a pretty glow at night!)
I added some pretty flocked pine wreaths to the top of my black lanterns (they have outdoor battery operated candles in them that also automatically turn on at dusk!)
Every Christmas I decorate my favorite tall black planters with lots of winter greenery including pine, Frasier fir, cedar and holiday accents!
I layer in white birch poles, curly willow, large DIY pinecone picks and white glittery berry picks for a lush CHristmas display right at the front door!
These Christmas urns have such an amazing scent and give our home major curb appeal!
I also love to add smaller Christmas planters to our porch that I buy pre-made (these are actually hanging baskets and I snipped off the hangers)
I decorated our wicker chairs with these beautiful silver sequin pillows. They look so pretty with the other holiday decor!

I also love to add two big Christmas planters to our front step pillars. I bought these pre-made as well.
Aren’t they pretty? I love the metallic bows, and berries!
I love adding all of these festive layers of greenery, soft metallics and shimmer to create a welcoming Christmas porch!
I also love to decorate our outdoor post light for Christmas! I wound a pre-lit faux pine garland around the pole and added a decorative holiday ornament pick to the top. It really pops against the white snow!

My Holiday Living Room Decor Ideas:Now lets move on to my Christmas living room!
As I mentioned I just recently gave our living room a makeover with new wall art, area rug and pillows – you can see the makeover here!
For Christmas I added this pretty beaded ‘joy’ lumbar pillow and a super cozy, soft throw blanket to our tuxedo style sofa.
I added my glittery reindeer to our coffee table again this year! I also tucked in some faux pine greenery in my trays with Christmas balls for a touch of sparkle.
This is our new media console – and we are loving these 9 drawers for storage! This was a vintage Mid Century Modern dresser that I thrifted and customized it into a media unit (tutorial coming soon!)
I decorated the TV console for the holidays with two plates topped with silver and gold Christmas balls – simple, quick and easy!

And here’s a sneak peak of my flocked Christmas tree! I decorated it with mixed metallics – gold, silver, champagne, pewter and some white too!
I love the soft shimmer and shine of this tree.

Oh my, its like we are peas in a pod. I, too, was going to do a mixed metallics holiday theme this year. Initially I thought blue and silver since we are Jewish but I just love mixing metallics so I thought the heck with it, I’m going to do gold and silver. Might add some blue accents to the outdoors though, but indoors I’m sticking with the pinks/blush accentsI used last year on our tree as both my daughters really loved it.
Quick question. Where did you get the sequin outdoor pillows and the joy pillow?
