Now onto my Christmas Entryway Decor Ideas!
Christmas Entryway Decor With Impact
I love to give my front entry a festive, elegant and inviting Christmas look to greet our friends and family that will be visiting this time of year! Christmas decor with impact is what I aim for to make the first view into my home a happy, exciting one! I’ll show you the steps I take to give my entryway a happy Christmas vibe!

Christmas Wreath For The Entryway
“Hello Christmas!” begins as soon as you walk into our foyer – I hung two faux pine wreaths on the side door to my office with these handy hooks. I added a few white sparkly Christmas picks into the wreaths to add a touch of sparkle. Simple and easy!
I love to hang a pretty Christmas wreath on the back of our front door as well! Silver and white Christmas balls on the wreath repeat the mixed metallics color palette that I chose this year for my holiday home decor.
See my Mixed Metallics Christmas Porch Decor & Holiday Living Room to see how I added this color palette to these spaces as well!
Christmas Foyer Bench Decor Ideas
I’m still obsessed with this tufted high back bench that I bought last year! We love using it to take our boots off in the winter. It’s so comfortable and I love the wingback and tufting details!
It’s especially useful over the holidays when groups of people are coming into our home because it lets a couple of people sit at once to remove their boots! It also helps people move into the home instead of being all bunched up at the front door. I decorated the bench for Christmas by adding two beautiful ivory faux fur pillows and two of my new black and white pillows that I got for our recent living room makeover! The black pillows pick up the black in our entryway rug – which is so hardwearing and cleans really easily! – and the black in the subway art.
Designer tip: repeat the accent color in a room at least three times to make it feel cohesive and give it that ‘designer’ look!
I keep this pom pom throw blanket in the entryway to wrap around me when I sit outside on our porch in the morning!
A garden stool is a great place to set keys and mail.

Front Entry Christmas Ornaments
Adding Christmas ball ornaments to a bowl or an ironstone tureen like I did here is a quick and easy way to decorate the front entry! I mixed silver and gold Christmas balls with some fresh pine and sparkly gold leaf picks for an elegant, glam Christmas centerpiece.
Christmas Entryway To Hallway Decor Ideas
Don’t forget to transition your Christmas decor from the entryway into the hallway! I have a wall niche right off out foyer which I decorated with framed art, some Christmas garland, mixed metallic colored Christmas balls and a vase of faux pine.
Other hallway decor ideas: add a few framed Christmas prints or wintery landscape prints to your hallway.
Wall Niche Christmas Decor With Garland and Greenery
When it comes to vases I love modern geometric shapes like this one. This beautiful white vase makes it so quick and easy to create a welcoming Christmas arrangement!
I added two faux pine picks, and a couple of gold glittery leaf picks – done! I love to add fresh Christmas greens to it too when I pick them up at the store.

Christmas Lighting For The Entryway
Add some lighting to your entryway for pretty holiday shimmer and shine! It will give your foyer that Hygge effect that we all so love during dark wintery days!
I added twinkle lights into the lanterns by the front door (they have timers that automatically turn on at dusk for a pretty night time glow!), to the bowl of ornaments and to the wall niche garlnad
I also have a couple of candles in pillar candle holders in the wall niche.
I love the relaxing ambiance of candlelight and twinkle lights at Christmas!
I hope you liked my Elegant Silver and Gold Christmas Entryway Decor Ideas!

I also recently gave our living room a big makeover with new framed art, new TV/ media console, a new area rug and new pillows – I’d love for you to pop by and see it here and tell me what you think!
We are loving these changes and how our cozy living room functions so well now for entertaining guests, lounging and watching TV.
