Decorate for Easter in a jiffy! I love decorating in simple, easy ways for Easter and Spring. Come see three easy, beautiful Easter decorating ideas – with Easter eggs that you can DIY!
Hello everyone! It’s time for another segment of the 10 minute decorating series – Easter edition! Today I have a quick and easy way to decorate your home for Easter – using pretty DIY Easter eggs displayed in a bowl!
I love displaying my handmade Easter Eggs this time of year! I’ve made up several different types of eggs over the years…all in neutral colors; black and white and some with with a metallic look! You know I love my metallics!
I don’t decorate a lot for Easter but I love adding these elegant eggs to a few rooms of our home. I’ll show you…
These DIY eggs are so easy to make! My Mod Podge DIY Easter Eggs in French Script are my favorite. I also made some with music sheets and metallic glitter tissue paper using the same technique. I have some that are just painted with white chalk paint then splattered by flicking on black paint with a toothbrush.

A quick and easy way to display them is using a decorative bowl. I used a vintage French gray glass bowl I’ve had for many years, but you could use any bowl you have at home. A milk glass bowl or ironstone bowl would be pretty too!
I placed a few pieces of faux boxwood garland to the bottom of the bowl then topped it with my Easter eggs. Takes literally minutes to put together!
I have my simple Easter centerpiece displayed on a white garden stool in my foyer – it’s a cheery Easter greeting that you see first thing when you come into my home!

Here are two more quick ways I display my handmade Easter eggs:
…in vintage crystal glasses paired with a nest of spanish moss on my Spring mantel
…and in my table settings!
