I saw this chalkboard printable at aka design blog and thought it would be perfect for a wreath idea!

I especially love this phrase: “Winter is the Time for Home”

White Ribbon

Nylon Fishing Line

4 x  DIY Chunky Yarn Snowflakes

(I made these with toothpicks instead of bamboo skewers)

Tutorial:

Secure DIY Chunky Yarn Snowflakes onto wreath with nylon fishing line.  I added mine at 3 off center points on the wreath.

Frame the chalkboard printable.  Thread white ribbon through the back clip of the frame and secure to the hook on the door.  Let the frame sit on the front of the wreath.

That’s it – You are done!

Your entry way is gorgeous! I’d spend time just standing outside admiring it all! Love the wreath. Your urns are stunning. Where did you get the birch (?) branches? xo
