Mother's Day Gift - DIY Coasters

Hello everyone!  Mother's Day will soon be here on May 13th!  So today I am sharing a quick and easy DIY Mother's Day Coaster project for you to make for gifts to celebrate this special day!

Supplies:





Scrapbooking Paper – Michaels, 99 cents.
Cork backed Coaster – Dollar store, $1.00 each. 
Scissors
Mod Podge
Ruler
Pencil
Polyurethane, matte finish
Paint brush
 
Tutorial:

Measure your coaster and with pencil and ruler measure out a size of scrapbooking paper to fit on top.
With scissors, cut out this piece of scrapbooking paper.
With paint brush, apply Mod Podge to back of paper and apply paper to coaster. 
Press firmly to ensure there are no bubbles and all edges are glued down.
Apply one or two layers of polyurethane to seal.

You are done….Enjoy!
