Moss Accessories are everywhere….why not make your own?
Today I am sharing with you these easy handmade DIY Reindeer Moss balls.
I bought this most amazing shade of chartreuse green Reindeer Moss.
So, what’s reindeer moss??? Reindeer mosses were originally named for their value as a food source for reindeer and caribou in the plant’s northern range. Reindeer moss is really a lichen, not a moss.
I love its texture and the beautiful yellow-green color is perfect for spring!

I thought these were large balls like putting out in the garden. they are more than wonderful, though. I “pinned” it so I can make some — someday.
