Chocolate Toffee Bark Candy
A delicious sweet, salty, crunchy, and chocolatey dessert or snack recipe! A fabulous food gift idea too!
Prep Time 15 minutes minutes Cook Time 15 minutes minutes Total Time 30 minutes minutes
- 50 unsalted crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 oz semisweet or milk chocolate chips
Arrange crackers on a parchment lined cookie sheet to cover surface. Be sure to use Parchment Paper NOT Waxed Paper!!!
In saucepan bring butter and sugar to a rolling boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Pour over crackers.
Back at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes until browned and bubbling.
Remove form oven.
Sprinkle on the chocolate chips.
Let stand 5 minutes and run fork through chocolate to decorate if desired.
Cool.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and break into pieces to serve.
