Fall is here and Pantone has released it’s latest round of newest color trends and forecasts! I’m so excited to bring in these new colors into my home are you?
I’ve gushed about Pantone’s past color reports before – they are a great way to add new hues to your home to keep your style fresh and current!
All 10 colors are featured around Pantone 2014 Color of the Year Radiant Orchid, a fun orchid pink color:
These new fall colors range from the pinks of Radiant Orchid and Mauve Mist to rich cooler colors like Bright Cobalt and Royal Blue. Neutrals include Aluminum and Cognac and warmer tones can be seen in Sangria, Cypress, Aurora Red and Misted Yellow. All of these colors come straight from Mother Nature: flowers, precious stones and leaves.
Let’s see how we can transition our decor into fall and winter with these 6 Mix and Max Fall Color Trends:
Add Misted Yellow with a table lamp! This color reminds me of the muted yellow fall leaves that you see in Maine’s woods and forests!
Add this neutral colored Aluminum grey shade in an area rug. Area rugs are a fabulous way to add texture and pattern to your rooms!
Add Royal Blue with this fun zebra rug:
