I received an email the other day from my bloggy-buddy Amy at While Wearing Heels, to tell me she is awarding me with the Versatile Blogger Award!
WOW – thanks Amy!! I am very honored and graciously accept! It’s a really great catagory to be in – to be considered ‘Versatile’!
Amy is a Stay-At- Home Mommy to a very beautiful 3 year old blondie and loves to craft her heart out! If you haven’t beeen to Amy’s blog – go quickly!! Her blog is filled with terrific DIY’s, crafts, recipes and how-to’s. She is probably one of the sweetest bloggy friends you could ever meet – and has been one of my biggest supporters. 🙂
Here are the RULES for the Versatile Blogger Award-
1. Add the award to your blog.
2. Thank the blogger who gave it to you.
3. Mention seven random things about yourself. (see below)
4. List the rules.
5. Award to 10 bloggers.
6. Inform each of those 10 by leaving a comment on their blog.
So, 7 random things about myself:
I am a certified open-water scuba diver and have scuba dived with 10 feet long manta rays and barracuda.
I worked for a couple of ‘barracuda’ bosses back in the day….diving with them is more fun! Ha! Ha!
I can drive a tractor, learned while working on a farm at 16.
I have a double jointed finger on my right hand.
I have my Fitness Trainer Certification and love to work out at my local gym doing weightraining and cardio.
I suffered from Bell’s Palsy as a young girl at 12, which caused partial paralysis for 2 months. It was pretty scary at the time, but luckily with physio I fully recooperated.
I love to dress up in long gowns and very high heels when my handsome hubby and I go to military balls. Any other day its jeans and Tees or tank tops if I am running around town or yoga pants and workout tanks if I am heading to the gym!
I love boating, waterskiing and tubing.
Ok – I know that’s 8 – I gave you guys an extra one as a bonus, cause you’re awesome!!
