Do you remember my Turn Children's Art Into Tea Towels Post?
This is the tea towel I made using my youngest son’s drawing of our family of 4! (isn’t my son is a fantastic artist!)
I have had so many compliments on this DIY project that I thought I would make a Thanksgiving version!
Turn Children’s Art into Thanksgiving Tea Towels
I found a piece of artwork that my son R had drawn one Thanksgiving a few years ago. This is a cute drawing of pilgrims and Indians celebrating together for a harvest Thanksgiving meal!
You can see a smiling sun, hearts, lots of thanksgiving dishes on the table and cute pilgrim and Indian figures enjoying a traditional Thanksgiving!
** To make this DIY Kid’s Art Towel see this tutorial How to Turn Kid’s Art into a Tea Towel. **
Isn't R a terrific artist? ( He's really been enjoying reading the comments on the last post, so say hello to R if you can!)
This would also be an excellent Thanksgiving hostess gift or gift for grandparents, aunts, uncles and teachers!
Can you imagine your child's surprise and delight when they see this? They will love that you gave their artwork a permanent place in the kitchen for everyone to see everyday!
To see another version of this towel take a look at my DIY Sharpie French Label Towel! Tutorial included.
So find some of your kiddos past artwork or ask them to make a new piece and make some whimsical tea towels that your family will love!
